The Epistles: Verse-by-Verse study series focuses on the New Testament letters that follow the Gospels and Acts of the Apostles. Each study focuses on a selection of letters or books of the Bible written by the various apostolic leaders of the early church.

These Bible study adventures invite you to come to the scriptures with an open heart and a mind tuned to engage with the Holy Spirit, who eternally exists as the Spirit of Truth, as we read each scripture verse-by-verse considering what we would believe if only the scriptures and the Holy Spirit informed our faith.

The Epistles offers interactive lessons filled with a brief introduction, coaching style questions, and resources to help you explore more through word study and reading various translations of the Bible. There are five daily exercises that are FOR YOU. The exercises are not requirements, but rather options for you to go deeper in your weekly study of scripture. Reading the same chapter daily over five days, and then engaging as we write out the passage and reflect on anything God may be highlighting for us to study. Next, we’ll map out the verse looking for key words, cross references, and observations that God may be revealing for us to not only dig deeper into but also apply to our lives. Days three and four focus on Redefining a concept from our weekly lesson and Reframing the way we think about themes God is highlighting for the week. Our fifth daily exercise focuses on a conversation with God and developing a plan to move what we learned to action by faith.
