1. Ministry Relationship

The Kingdom Focused Life (https://thekingdomfocusedlife.com) provides online discipleship and equipping courses of Kingdom Focused Ministries (https://kingdomfocusedministries.com), a local church pending organization under Texas law for charitable, religious, and educational purposes. All services, content, and community engagement through The Kingdom Focused Life adhere to the privacy policy, belief statements, and doctrinal positions of Kingdom Focused Ministries.

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following governing documents:

If you do not agree to these Terms, you will not be allowed access to use these services.

2. Biblical Foundation

All content, teaching, and ministry resources provided through The Kingdom Focused Life are founded upon and consistent with the Holy Bible (66 books of the Old and New Testaments) as the inerrant and infallible Word of God. In addition, we place a high value on the Holy Spirit’s influence and guidance as we read/study scripture to gain understanding and faith. By accessing our courses and community, you acknowledge and understand that:

The Holy Bible carries God’s authoritative truth and serves as the foundation for all study, teaching, and guidance provided
All course content and ministry resources are developed from a biblical worldview and Christian perspective
Our educational materials are designed to equip believers for Kingdom-focused living empowered by the Holy Spirit according to scripture

While you are not required to personally hold identical beliefs, you agree to honor the stated beliefs, positions, and biblical foundation expressed for all content provided. Please understand that disagreement with our doctrinal positions should not affect your learning experience, as agreement on all points and positions is not required for building unity in Christ’s Gospel. We do ask you engage respectfully with content that reflects our Christian worldview, as well as those expressed by other members of our community. It is our belief that we can hold different convictions about secondary doctrines and still be unified around Christ as the Son of God, Savior of the World, and Risen Christ who takes away the sins of the World. 3. Community Guidelines

3.1 Biblical Honor and Love

Our community is built on the biblical command to love one another as Christ has loved us. We are called to outdo one another in showing honor and to speak the truth in love. All interactions within our community—whether in course discussions, forums, or private messages—must reflect these values.

3.2 Expressing Honor in Disagreement

We recognize that members may hold differing perspectives on secondary matters of faith. When disagreement arises, we commit to:

Be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry
Be slow to speak, choosing wisdom and reflection before responding
Exercise self-control over our emotional reactions, particularly anger
Respond to confrontation with humility and a willingness to understand
Repent quickly and apologize sincerely when offenses occur, recognizing that relationship restoration is more important than being right
Release others from the consequences of their actions through radical forgiveness
Seek to understand before being understood, approaching conflicts with empathy and spiritual discernment

Our goal is to create a community of healing, restoration, and unconditional love that reflects Christ’s redemptive nature.

3.3 Unity in Gospel Essentials

We distinguish between Gospel essentials and secondary matters. On essential doctrines (the nature of God, salvation by grace through faith, the authority of Scripture, Christ’s deity and lordship), we maintain unity. On secondary matters, we extend grace and allow for respectful dialogue while maintaining fellowship.

3.4 Community Conduct

All participants agree to:

Engage respectfully with fellow members, instructors, and ministry leadership
Refrain from profanity, vulgarity, belittling, or other language inconsistent with a Christ-honoring environment
Not engage in harassment, bullying, or personal attacks of any kind
Not share or promote content that contradicts our Belief Statement within our community platforms
Not solicit or promote personal businesses, organizations, or agendas within our community without prior approval (Please submit any request to share events or details about your business, organization, or meetings to the attention of “Solicitation Approval” to email: info@thekingdomfocusedlife.com for consideration. Please provide full text, relevant links or images that you are requesting to share.)
Support and encourage fellow members in their spiritual growth and development

3.5 Confidentiality

Members agree to:

Honor community confidence and boundaries. People need to feel safe to share authentically and transparently without becoming the object of gossip and talk outside of the group.
Ask permission if you would like to share the testimony of others outside the community and honor the response.
Not share prayer requests or personal disclosures outside the community without permission
Report concerns about safety or welfare through appropriate channels

4. Conflict Resolution

Kingdom Focused Ministries welcomes questions and dialogue regarding its theological positions, ministry practices, or any other concerns. Disagreement does not preclude participation; rather, it is viewed as an opportunity for growth, understanding, and deeper biblical exploration.

We welcome the opportunity to personally discuss questions and points of difference regarding our teaching materials. These conversations are valued and encouraged within the context of these guidelines. Please email info@thekingdomfocusedlife.com to schedule an in-person or Zoom meeting to discuss questions or differences in our perspectives.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or community interactions shall be resolved in the following order:

Direct Communication: Good faith efforts to resolve disputes through direct contact with the person involved in the offense
Biblical Mediation: Resolution through prayer and mediated conversation following Matthew 18:15-17. Mediation will involve the leaders of Kingdom Focused Ministries and all parties related to the conflict. The absence of repentance may result in permanent removal from the community.
Christian Arbitration: In matters of legal dispute, binding arbitration through a mutually agreed Christian arbitration service will be required before legal action may be pursued.
Legal Action: As a last resort, legal proceedings governed by the laws and the courts of Texas

5. Course Access and Subscription Services

5.1 Service Description

The Kingdom Focused Life provides online discipleship and equipping courses including:

Online courses, training, and educational materials
Community platform participation through BossBuddy and MemberPress Platforms
Live Zoom or recorded audio/video teaching sessions
Downloadable resources and study materials
Member resource library
Ministry development tools

5.2 Account Registration

To access courses and community features, you must create an account through BossBuddy/MemberPress. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

All members of this community must be 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 may access content only through a parent or guardian’s account with their express consent. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation and compliance with these Terms.

SPECIAL NOTE: Anyone under 18 years of age who opens an account using false identification will have their course/community access suspended pending review and seeking parental consent. Our goal is to protect children rather than limit their access and honor the role of parents in guiding and directing the spiritual formation and education of their children.

5.3 Donations and Payment

All services are offered freely. Recommended donations are available through our website to support the ongoing work of this ministry. Upon creating an account and making a donation, you agree to the following:

Payment is processed securely through our designated payment processor
Your membership will remain active unless or until cancelled
You may cancel your membership at any time
We reserve the right to modify pricing structures for future offerings and will provide notice on our website and 30 days notice to our members should such changes arise

5.4 Refund Policy

Donations are not compulsory payments but are voluntarily given; refunds are not available for donations made through this platform. As a pending 501(c)(3) religious organization, donations will be tax-deductible in the United States as long as they comply with the IRS guidelines for charitable donations. Donation Receipt requests should be directed to info@kingdomfocusedministries.com or will be furnished in an annual statement provided not later than January 31 of the year following the receipt of donations as required by law.

5.5 Course Progress and Data

We track your progress through online courses to provide continuity and participation engagement. Course progress data is retained for the duration of your membership plus our standard retention period as outlined in our Privacy Policy. MemberPress and BuddyPress plugins manage course access, track course progression, facilitate community discussions, and provide interactive learning features.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ministry Content

All content provided through The Kingdom Focused Life is the intellectual property of Kingdom Focused Ministries and Michelle Bentham Creates LLC, or other individuals/entities specifically named through copyright or trademark protocols. This includes:

Video and audio content
Written materials and study guides
Graphics and visual elements
Course structure and methodology

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. EXCEPTION: Most course content allows the one-time reproduction or printing of up to 15 copies per document of written materials for use in group study. Details for these usage limitations are found on the copyright page of the individual workbooks or PDFs. Please email info@thekingdomfocusedlife.com to gain additional printing or redistribution licenses.

6.2 User Content

Content you submit (comments, discussion posts, etc.) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display such content within our community platforms for ministry purposes.

6.3 DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To report copyright infringement, contact us at info@kingdomfocusedministries.com.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Educational Purpose

Our courses and content are provided for educational and spiritual development purposes. They are not intended as:

Professional counseling or therapy
Medical or psychological advice
Legal or financial guidance
Substitute for in-person pastoral care or professional consultation

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Kingdom Focused Ministries shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or interruption of service
Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
Decisions made based on course content

7.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted access to services
Error-free operation of platforms
Availability of specific content at all times
Compatibility with all devices or browsers

7.4 Individual Responsibility and Freedom of Conscience

You are always empowered to choose what you believe and are responsible for your own actions. Each individual assumes full responsibility for testing the validity of all content and teaching offered through our courses and community against Scripture and the leading of the Holy Spirit. Any action taken in response to our courses, community interactions, or ministry resources, as well as all outcomes and results that may follow, is the sole responsibility of the individual. We encourage every participant to test all things and hold fast what is good, to test the spirits to see whether they are of God, and to examine the Scriptures daily to see whether these things are so.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violation of these Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Inappropriate behavior in community platforms
Activities that conflict with our ministry values or biblical standards
Harassment or threatening behavior toward other members
Repeated violations after warning

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@kingdomfocusedministries.com. Upon termination, access to courses and community features will be discontinued. Data retention and deletion follow the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Covenant Commitment

By participating in The Kingdom Focused Life community, I commit to honor these relational values and the members of this community by being accountable, honest, vulnerable, engaging, encouraging, and sincere in all my interactions with those I encounter here.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Collection and use of personal information is governed by the Kingdom Focused Ministries Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 11. Church Organization and Religious Exemptions

Kingdom Focused Ministries is pending formal organization as a church under Texas law for charitable, religious, and educational purposes. We plan to operate under religious exemptions where applicable under federal and state law and maintain our right to operate according to biblical principles and our Statement of Beliefs. All are welcome to participate as long as they acknowledge that we will be teaching Scripture, its interpretation and application, and advocating for repentance where any human value system does not agree with a biblical value system.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures of third-party services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and sending email notification to registered users. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes take effect 30 days after notification.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect according to the laws of the state of Texas and the United States of America.

16. Agreement

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or participating in our community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Statement of Beliefs.

As a church organization, we operate under our biblical principles and welcome all who desire to learn and grow in their understanding of God’s Word.
